• Let us assist you in starting a Nonprofit Organization.

We will successfully assist and guide you from A to Z, through the entire process of starting a nonprofit.  We can/will aid you in all facets, which could include logo design, website development, letterhead design, social media platform establishment, fiscal processing, procedure development, establishment of policy & procedures, and so much more.

• Comprehensive organization and/or programmatic evaluation or review. 

Understand, it is healthy and necessary to have an external organization and/or programmatic evaluation of your nonprofit business. It is well known that most nonprofit organizations do not feel so inclined or comfortable with having their organization externally evaluated. Most times, if there is such a review or evaluation completed, the organization would prefer to handle it internally, however, how comprehensive, or practical can the evaluation be, when completed by fellow staffers?  With having an external (outside) consulting firm to conduct a thorough comprehensive evaluative study, not only does it aid the organization in making sure that the mission is being closely followed, but a comprehensive review will validate grant funder alignment. Conducting an external consultant evaluation will certainly lend value to your grant or corporate fund development submission and consideration.

A great many senior executives lack the ability to communicate and engage with an experienced peer to bounce ideas, challenges, Board or Staff situational relations, confidence, and leadership development and so much more.

• Interim CEO/Executive Director Positioning. 

On occasion, an organization may find itself in transition, as the outgoing CEO or Executive Director has vacated their position, and the board is in the midst of searching for a long-term solution. Many times, the leadership may not be aware of the varied needs of the organization in which to align with a new hired CEO or Executive Director, bringing in an experienced interim consultant will aid in evaluating the organization and provide a valuable assessment of the organization which will be used to screen new hire prospects.

• Event Planning & Activation. 

Having experienced contracted event planning professionals involved from the very beginning of a proposed event can make a significant impact on the overall success of an event. Additionally, an experienced planner and activation person greatly reduces the organization stepping on prospective mine fields that could bring ruin or demise to the event.  Our experience lies within, but not limited to areas such as: Charity Golf Tournaments, Gala's, Concerts, Sporting Events, Conferences, Socials, Grand Openings, and Luncheon's, among many other endeavors.

It is truly a wonderful thing when an organization has a vetted organizational strategic plan already in place, not just in knowing where you are going, but defined steps and a process in place as to how you will make it in achieving success. Additionally, it is imperative that there is board involvement and engagement, as well as their having bought into the plan and direction, as well as how best to activate the plan.

Advanced program planning is essential, as it allows the organization to not only assess the needs for such a devised program, but to establish the programs proposed goals, establish measurable outcomes, devise a strategy of engagement for dedicated staff, emphasis placed upon fund development, along with establishing a pathway towards programmatic short and long-term accountability/sustainability and viability.
